This website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Technically necessary connection data is processed when you access the site, including your IP address, time of access, requested address, and browser and device information. This supports website delivery and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and reliable presentation of the property offer.

Cloudflare operates a global network; processing outside the EU, particularly in the USA, is possible. Information about international transfers, safeguards and purpose-dependent retention is available in the Cloudflare privacy policy and the Data Processing Addendum. We do not maintain our own access logs or use Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Handling your enquiry

When you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details and the contents of your enquiry to respond and arrange a viewing. Purchase enquiries are processed to take pre-contractual steps at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling them under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Email correspondence uses Google's Gmail service, which may involve processing in third countries. Details can be found in the Google privacy policy.

We retain enquiries only for as long as necessary to handle them, complete a subsequent transaction or meet statutory retention obligations. Providing information is voluntary; without a means of contacting you, we cannot respond. No automated decision-making takes place.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
